Whiteman AFB, MFH Operation and Maintenance

Under a fixed unit rate prime contract with the U.S. Air Force, Arrowhead maintained full operational responsibility for 1,150 Military Family Housing units located at Whiteman AFB, MO.

Under this contract Arrowhead was responsible for overall contract management, building renovation, seasonal maintenance, service calls, change of occupancy, roof repair, reoccurring maintenance, painting, floor refinishing, grounds maintenance, disaster response, and waste disposal.

Lead based paint and asbestos containing materials were frequently encountered building renovation/repair and Arrowhead staff implemented stringent control measures to ensure resident safety and applicable regulatory compliance. Arrowhead also maintained an on base Self-Help Hardware Store to dispense miscellaneous home repair items.

Arrowhead maintained this recently completed contract for a period of six consecutive years. During this time we completed over 28,000 job orders with a value of nearly $8 million.

 

Fort Leonard Wood, MFH Operation and Maintenance

As a Team Member under a long term Military Family Housing Privatization joint-venture (American Eagle Communities Midwest LLC), Arrowhead provides all aspects of Operation and Maintenance for 2,400 housing units located at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. In this role, Arrowhead provides complete management of MFH resident service requests, change of occupancy maintenance, roof repair, recurring structural maintenance, HVAC reoccurring maintenance and replacement, equipment and appliance maintenance, painting, grounds maintenance, and warranty replacement.

A service request center is staffed 24-hours per day, seven days a week. All service requests are carefully tracked for record keeping and cost allocation. As an average, Arrowhead completes 1,000 service calls per month. Once a call is received, it is dispatched as either emergency, urgent, or routine and scheduled for completion.

Arrowhead also provides grounds maintenance to 120 acres of green zones including playgrounds, parks, athletic facilities, common areas, and housing perimeters.

 

Indian Health Service, Multi-Trade Construction Contract

Arrowhead was awarded a 3-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract to provide a broad range of maintenance and repair tasks at multiple Indian Health Service health-care facilities throughout Kansas and Oklahoma.

Given the unique socioeconomic nature of working on or in close proximity to Indian reservations, Arrowhead is required to utilize Tribal labor to the greatest extent possible. Arrowhead has been recognized on several occasions for proactively representing our client with local residents and stakeholders.

Work assignments have ranged in value from 420K to over $750K. Completed projects include roof replacements, lift station repairs, emergency room renovations, medical laboratory additions, waiting room renovation, HVAC upgrades, and parking lot construction.
