Arrowhead Awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Pre-Engineered Buildings
within U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 3

Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. announced that the Company has been awarded an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) Design-Build Construction Contract by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3. The contract has a Joint Total Acquisition Value of $10 million over a five-year performance period. Task order assignments under this contract will provide a broad range of pre-engineered buildings throughout an eight-state area including; Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Facilities constructed under this program will provide administrative offices, visitor centers, maintenance shops and equipment storage buildings.

Arrowhead Awarded MEC Soil Remediation at Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant

Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. announced that the Company has been awarded a Multi-year Remedial Construction Contract by DEMCO, Inc. The contract has a base value of $30 million and will be executed over a six-year period. Under the contract Arrowhead will remediate 24 Areas of Concern and 68 Solid Waste Management Units (SWMUs) that are impacted by former munitions production activities at the site. It is anticipated that approximately 279,000 yards of contaminated soils will be treated and removed from the site for landfill disposal. In addition, the project requires demolition and removal of 1,489 concrete structures, extensive piping removal and site restoration.

Arrowhead Selected for Army Nunn-Perry Award at DoD Mentor-Protégé Conference

Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. is pleased to announce that it is the recipient of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Mentor-Protégé Nunn-Perry Award. Arrowhead was presented with this prestigious award for Mentor-Protégé Program Excellence at the DoD Mentor-Protégé conference in Atlanta, Georgia on March 8, 2006. Arrowhead and their mentor firm, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), accepted the award at the awards dinner.The DoD Mentor-Protégé Program pairs established large business DoD contractors with smaller firms that have demonstrated proven potential to grow into prime contractors in their own right. The program is designed to expand the number of dependable prime contractors available in the DoD vendor community nationwide. The program is based on the philosophy that the mentor and protégé firms will establish long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships that will long outlast the contractual life of the Mentor-Protégé Agreement and provide greater vitality to the U.S. economy as a whole.

Arrowhead Awarded Masonry Contract for the Sprint Center, Kansas City, Missouri

Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. announced that it has been awarded a major masonry subcontract for the Kansas City Sprint Center. The Sprint Center will be located between 13th and 15th Streets and Grand and Oak Streets, and will anchor the eastern edge of the new Kansas City Entertainment District. The new arena will serve as a 24/7 state-of-the-art, world-class venue to host concerts, family shows, professional, collegiate and amateur sporting competitions, and special events. It also will house the offices of the National Association of Basketball Coaches and the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame.

Arrowhead Awarded Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design/Build Projects by Department of Commerce, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)

Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. announced that the Company has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The contract has a Joint Total Acquisition Value of $75 million over a five-year performance period and will provide design-build construction services. Task order assignments under this contract will include facilities repair, rehabilitation, remodeling, and major construction projects at laboratories, weather forecast offices, administrative offices, docks, piers, public visitor centers, and other NOAA and DOC owned facilities. The majority of the work will be for projects located in the Eastern and Central United States; however, nationwide capability is required.
