Ft Leonard Wood Facility
This Indefinite Delivery, Rate-Based Commercial Contract covers a five year duration consisting of a 2-year base award and three 1-year options; and, addresses three, primary work scopes - 24/7 Operation and Maintenance of 2,400 Military Family Housing units and public-use facilities; Capital Improvements; and Facility Renovations.
The associated work effort includes over 500 various repairs and reoccurring maintenance functions, a myriad capitol improvements and complete interior/exterior renovations of commercial buildings, administrative, and housing facilities. All work is performed on a fixed unit price and cost plus fixed fee basis in accordance with established contract pricing, furnishings and construction materials. Arrowhead personnel are responsible for repairs due to occupant damage, accidents, natural disasters, and equipment/appliance failure.
