The facility was constructed on a 4.3 acre site and included both intact and rubbelized structures for anti-terrorist/urban assault training of various Government agencies.  The facility was constructed such that various deployment and attack approaches could be simulated; and The facility also included a classroom, storage facility and a concrete access bridge across an engineered ravine.

All construction activities were completed in strict accordance with detailed construction specifications included as part of the award.  A total of 89 construction submittals were prepared during the execution of the work scope.  Construction of the MOUT Training Facility was completed on schedule/budget despite 40% of the contract days were impacted by adverse weather.

The diverse and technically complex scope of work associated with this military housing modernization project required Arrowhead to provide virtually all traditional construction trades in a high quality, safe and closely sequenced manner. Arrowhead successfully integrated the efforts of multiple craftsmen involving technically diverse teams of architects; civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineers; and carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons, equipment operators, and general laborers. The effort also required the relocation of residents and management of personal property.

Exterior elements of work included new standing seam and EPDM-membrane roof systems, masonry and stucco siding,  window replacement, insulation and ADA compliant entryways, Interior work addressed upgrading all mechanical electrical and plumbing systems, and interior finishes.
